FAQs
Where do I enter the building?
Our main entrance faces Prospect Road. On Sunday mornings, come through the main doors in the front. Friendly volunteers at the Welcome Center will be happy to help you find our worship center, coffee, kids check-in, bathrooms, or answer any questions. If you're coming by during the week, be sure to check at the top of this page for our office hours. You'll want to enter the building in the back. Use the parking lot that faces Lake Street.
What if I have children?
We would love for you to bring your kiddos or grandkids, etc. Our Early Childhood and Elementary ministries are available during both Sunday services. The only exception is that our infant room is not available during second hour. Stop by the Kids Check-In area when you arrive, and our team will help get your family checked in. If you have middle school or high schoolers, they will join adults for the sermon in the sanctuary during first hour. Then they go down to the "Underground" (basement) for their own service, snacks and other fun activities from 11:00am - 12:00pm on Sundays.
How quickly will someone respond?

Can I stop by during the week?
Yes! Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-12pm. Please do use our office entrance located on the northwest side of our building. Park in the parking lot off of Lake Street, in the back. We'd love to meet you, although calling ahead is helpful if you're hoping to meet with a specific staff member.
