God has uniquely gifted every believer to serve. At LifePoint, our serving teams make ministry happen every week while creating meaningful opportunities to grow in faith, build lasting relationships, and help others experience the love of Jesus.

Whether you're passionate about welcoming guests, investing in the next generation, leading in worship, caring for others, or serving behind the scenes, there's a place for you to use your gifts and make a difference.

Serving isn't just something we do—it's one of the ways God shapes us. When you join a serving team, you're not simply filling a need; you're becoming part of what God is doing through His church. As you serve, He grows your faith, strengthens your character, deepens your relationships, and allows you to participate in His mission.

We invite you to reflect prayerfully on how your unique gifts, passions, and availability can best align with these opportunities. Some opportunities allow you to jump in right away, while others include training, background checks, or auditions to help you feel prepared and equipped to serve well.

Explore the opportunities below to discover where God may be leading you. We'd love to help you find your place and begin serving alongside others.

FAQs

Do I have to be a member to serve?

Not always. Some serving opportunities are open to anyone ready to jump in, while leadership roles and certain ministries have additional requirements. We'd be happy to help you find the right fit.

I've never volunteered at a church before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! Many of our volunteers started with no previous experience. We'll provide training and help you feel comfortable.

How often do I have to serve?

Every ministry has different scheduling needs. Some teams serve weekly, others monthly, and many have flexible opportunities.

Can my whole family serve together?

Yes! Many outreach events and seasonal opportunities are perfect for serving as a family. Some ongoing ministries also have opportunities for parents and older students to serve together.

Do I need a background check?

Anyone serving with children or students will complete a background check and receive ministry-specific training.

What if I don't know where I belong?

That's exactly why we're here. We'd love to help you discover where your gifts and passions can make the biggest impact.
